I am a personal and business optimization coach, specializing in lifestyle design. The Red Stone Initiative was born from my desire to inspire individuals to dream beyond their current circumstances and to support them on their path to becoming the best version of themselves, the one capable of living out those dreams.

My own journey has been a testament to the transformative power of discovering one's 'why.' For most of my life, I believed that hard work and sacrifice were the only keys to financial success. However, as I delved into self-improvement, I realized that our deep-seated beliefs often hold us back from the life we dream of. My career as an electrician began in 2005, with years in Seattle and later, opening my own electrical shop in Wyoming.

Despite financial success, after ten years in business I yearned to connect with my 'why.'  A fortuitous email about coaching from Mindvalley marked a turning point. Six months of courses set the stage for a new journey. I began inviting people into meaningful conversations, and now, a little over a year later, I've transitioned into full-time coaching, living by the mantra: "I live an abundant and prosperous life, full of love for all whom I come in contact with. I help others live their dream life through coaching, speaking, leadership, and motivation."

The Red Stone Initiative is an extension of my passion and commitment to inspire individuals to discover their 'why,' break free from limiting beliefs, and embrace the life they've always dreamed of. Together, we'll explore uncharted territories of personal growth, success, and fulfillment.
